We can run your payroll for you. This could be weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly. We recommend monthly, being the most cost effective route.
We use highly recommended payroll software and, should you ever decide to take the payroll in-house, we are able to offer installation and training.
We need you to provide the information to us at the right time. This can be telephoned, faxed or sent via email. Accurate calculations and employee payslips can be sent back to you. Generally you would organise the payment of the employees – on the basis that it is more cost effective for an administrator to arrange payments. The relevant accounting figures are either entered directly to your bookkeeping records or provided to you in a clear format.
We look after the payroll end of year returns, including forms P35, P60.
We can also prepare forms P11d where necessary.
We can also support your own staff with your own payroll if necessary, having the experience and expertise covering all aspects of payroll management. This includes SSP, SMP, Tax Credits, Student Loans, etc making sure that you can fulfill your obligations to your employees and the Inland Revenue.
